Using computers designed for CAD, the engineers are capable of designing parts to customers’ specifications and prints. Before and after the designing process, each print is carefully analyzed to ensure proper design techniques specified by the print and correct tooling for flawless production.

Three Amada punch presses keep production running around the clock. Each punch press is operated by an experienced and trained employee to ensure minimal machine down-time. Also, each punch press carries its own tooling set in order to prevent tool sharing, which will slow production. Seven brake presses provide the bending needs for the parts. Qualified operators are capable of bending material in any angle and any shape possible. Specialized dies can be made for jobs that require customized or difficult bends.

Outside process vendors are pre-approved and evaluated by H&H’s Quality Control personnel. All the vendors are MIL-Spec compliant and abiding to county and local rules and regulations concerning hazardous material. These partnerships with the vendors help to furnish the customers with high quality work and excellent finishing.
